We cannot recommend Tricks Trucks enough!! They installed a hitch on our Jeep for a cross country move and did a great job. Following this work, we got the system flashed at a dealership so the lights would work once connected to the trailer. When we went to pick up the trailer the day of our move, the lights were not functioning at all. We went back to the dealership and had a horrible experience and then ended back up at Trick Trucks. The whole team was so kind and helpful, quickly took the car in and assessed the issue and even though it was immediately evident it was an issue with the system not being properly flashed by the dealership- they attempted to troubleshoot for us. While Brian was working on an alternative solution, we called multiple dealerships who were unable to get us in that day. Without us even asking, Larry called in a favor for us and was able to get us in to Criswell Jeep in Gaithersburg immediately. We had our lights flashed, and were back to pick up the trailer within the hour! Neither Trick Trucks or Criswell charged us for their services. Thank you Larry, Brian and the whole team for your help!! Highly recommend :)

I had an outstanding experience with Trick Trucks in Kensington, Maryland. I recently had them install OEM running boards and ceramic tints on the two front windows of my 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Platinum Max. I must say the entire process was flawless from start to finish. I was totally impressed with their honesty and transparency. The team at Trick Trucks took the time to walk me through all my options, ensuring I understood exactly what I was getting. There was no pressure, just helpful guidance to ensure I made the best decisions for my vehicle. It’s rare to find such genuine and straightforward service, which made the whole experience feel incredibly trustworthy. The installation itself was impeccable. The OEM running boards were fitted perfectly, and they look fantastic on my vehicle. The attention to detail was obvious in every aspect of the installation. The ceramic tint on the two front windows was also applied seamlessly, with no bubbles or imperfections. It looks great, reduces heat, and provides a much smoother, more comfortable driving experience. The entire process took just about 1.5 hours, which is amazing given the quality of work done.
